- STH – is committed to provide and maintain Competent, Accurate, Impartial, Consistent and Timely Test results to the customers by qualified personnel following good professional practices.
- Laboratory is also committed to comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and continually improve effectiveness of Laboratory Management System through regular review and customer feedback.
- All personnel are familiarized with Laboratory Management System for implementing policies and procedure in their respective Duties.
- Create refresher awareness on ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and upgrade the technical competency of Laboratory personnel through in house and external trainings. A minimum of 24 training hours per year are planned and implemented for each chemist/Technician.
- Adopt Technological Improvements in Test equipment’s and Test methodologies.
- Continuous verification by quality checks and usage of traceable reference standards.
- Regular Intermittent Checks of equipment’s and Reference Standards.
- Participate in the Inter Laboratory Comparison and Proficiency Test Programme to evaluate technical competency.
- Strive for continual improvement in the Laboratory Management System through incorporation of suggestion by peers and employees.
- Customer feedbacks rating to be maintained at minimum 80%.
